This is where we spend most of our time with you to understand the requirements, your expected outcome, time frames and every possible information.

This forms the backbone to our other 3 D's and is a significant phase in every engagement; be it small or big!!

Planning strategy

Once we know what you want, we work the ways out from forming a team or putting forward options or even drafting the physical topology model.

This phase is crucial in terms of scope agreement, resources, finances and finally the key milestones. All of these are to maximise your productivity with reduced effort and time but without compromising on the outcomes.

Concept creation

This is where we spend our precious time using our expertise and skills to develop, implement and test the product we agreed for you. Each client and project will have various lifecycles depending on the platform and governance.

Implementation and handover

We not only deliver to your expectations but we continue to support the work during early life support as per the agreement in discovery. We fix issues before handing over to your in house expertise team.

No Matter how good we do, we always try and find ways to improve. At the end of each assignment we provide you a full overview of work including the fact file covering the lessons learnt from both parties.

Our Contribution:

There is no end to learning and sharing knowledge.
